Our Story
Welcome to INN PARADISE. Our journey began with the purchase of our first investment property. While crunching the numbers for potential rental properties, disappointingly, everything appeared to be negatively geared—an issue with which many investors on the Gold Coast will be familiar. Our goal was to pursue an investment that would generate an income, not leave us out of pocket. After a lot of research, the BnB market seemed to be the pathway to potential profits. We took the risk and purchased a suitable property, hired a global BnB Manager and began our investment journey.
Everything seemed great at first, but the excitement was short lived, we were noticing low returns, high repair costs and a lack of attention to detail. Most management companies operate on high turnover. We wanted a management company that focused on a personal service and 5-star guest reviews. This is where INN PARADISE was born. A brand that focuses on creating unforgettable memories, hosting quality guests, elegant coastal styling and maximising guest experiences.

Hi, I’m Adam. With 15 years’ experience running successful high-end motorcycle stores in both Australia and London, I developed strong skills in business management and customer service. As a long-time investor and entrepreneur, that passion ultimately led us to create INN PARADISE.
Hi, I’m Gemma. With a background in real estate, property management, and account management, moving into BnB management was a natural fit. For me, managing short-term rentals isn’t just work — it’s a rewarding blend of hospitality and entrepreneurship. I love creating memorable stays and delivering positive experiences for every guest, which makes this journey truly fulfilling.
