How AirBnB & Short-term rental managment works
We visit your property and assess how well your property is set up for hosting. We then make any suggestions for an optimal guest experience.
After any potential improvements have been made and the property is ready for professional photos, we then set up your listing on multiple platforms.
You set the price range with our guidance, along with any house rules or restrictions you feel comfortable with.
Once we receive your first booking and we host your first guest, you will receive the first payment directly in to your account.
We will send you an invoice fortnightly for cleaning and hosting services.
